Even though you are well aware of the nature of your patterns and relationship struggles, and some of the likely contributors to these dynamics, do you still find yourself stuck, asking, now what?

This couples workshop is designed to illuminate some of the most common, yet unnoticed obstacles to relationship fulfillment, healthy communication and emotional trust.

Discover how challenging dynamics present opportunities to heal, become more whole and renew a sense of spirit and meaning in your relationship!

Each presentation and facilitated practice is designed to get to the underpinnings of your struggles and help you...
  • Feel emotionally safe and free to be yourselves with one another
  • Forgive and release old wounds and patterns of mistrust
  • Renew a sense of joy, laughter and mutual respect in your relationship
  • Clarify what is most dear to you as a couple and recommit your energy and attention to the fulfillment of your shared values

A Unique Boulder Couples Workshop Approach

The central focus of this one day workshop is to give you the tools and practice to remove the unconscious obstacles to a joyful relationship.

You will discover how to...
  • Create an atmosphere of emotional safety by recognizing and owning limiting ways of being and character flaws common to most any human being yet too easily unrecognized
  • Communicate in such a way that you feel truly understood and appreciated by one another
  • Support each other in the fulfillment of your potential
  • Realign your relationship with what is most dear to you in your life
  • Let go of painful emotions and patterns of self-condemnation influencing your relationship dynamics and forgive one another for past hurts and limitations

Why Register?

In a short Saturday workshop we will cover some material that takes couples several private therapy sessions to work through and implement in their relationship.

You will leave empowered with knowledge of principles and practices that work in an area of your life that is of the greatest value to you.

This workshop is a great adjunct to couples therapy yet is equally helpful for couples seeking other solutions before giving counseling a go.

This is not a traditional therapy group process. The workshop is more didactic in nature and allows married and/or committed couples to learn powerful strategies and work through facilitated exercises in a manner which respects their privacy and does not require the disclosure of personal information. The workshop is 1/3 didactic, 1/3 facilitated exercises and 1/3 facilitated discussion.

Contact me if you want to be notified once the next workshop is scheduled!
